Mitchell Contracting Inc. is equipped with the latest in spin casting technology for manhole rehabilitation projects. The spin cast machine takes a high strength mortar and pumps it through a high speed rotating head that centrifugally sprays the concrete onto the walls of the existing manhole.  Once the entire manhole is coated and cured we can then coat the mortar with an optional, chemical resistant epoxy coating.  This coating is good for process related sewers that operate in lower and higher PH ranges.

Mitchell Contracting Inc. repairs the leakiest pre-cast concrete or brick manhole and makes it stronger and more chemical resistant in less than two hours. The repair is done without costly older dig and replace method and in almost all cases the manhole is not even taken out of service.
